This is a list of rules I intend to hold myself to throughout life. They are fluid and may change as I come to better understand myself and the world. The current versions will be posted here, in order that anyone and everyone may hold me accountable. Thank you for being.
If I am more than 5 minutes late, everyone involved gets to choose a charity and I will donate $5 per person to that charity. If I am more than 15 minutes late, the cost increases to $10, for more than 30 it goes to $20 per person. This amount can never exceed $100.
Take a 30-minute break at some point in the day to simply do something, such as napping, reading, enjoying tea, or going on a leisurely stroll
Screenless Saturdays: drastically limit screen time on Saturdays, ranging from no social media, to only texting/calling, to no screens whatsoever. Be flexible, but the goal is to provide a respite from some element of the digital world.
Eat real food, except when given vegan snacks as a gift, or sharing extraordinary food with a friend or significant other.
